Details

All modules can be used individually, or in combination, according the number of EQ bands required. They are all independent.

For example, a more conventional two band EQ can be made up from a bass and a treble module. Adding two mid modules, which can operate over two overlapping range, creates a four band EQ, where the frequencies for all four bands can be set individually.

The Bass Module additionally includes a sub-filter with variable frequency and the Mid Module has two frequency band ranges, set according to switches on its circuit board.

Summary of features for the SPM-01 Modules:

  • Stand-alone Bass Module includes shelving boost only bass control with internal user preset frequency, plus dual slope variable frequency sub filter, which may be switched in or out.
  • Stand-alone Mid Module includes boost/cut control with internal user preset frequency, selectable from low or high frequency ranges.
  • Stand-alone Treble Module includes shelving boost/cut control with internal user preset frequency.
  • All connections are made via screw terminals.
